The location was perfect, just a short stroll from Gran Via, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh items to start my day right.

room and bathroom were well sized. They weren't too small as is often the case in other hotels. I liked that the price of breakfast was included in the room. I also have to say that the breakfast is not super good either, it's good. perfect location. central and you have everything at hand. Even the callao metro station is next door. Friendly staff.

only thing that could be improved was that by the time we went down to have breakfast (10:00 am) it was full and we had to wait a couple of minutes. this was because there was only one girl for the breakfast service, who cleaned the tables and replaced the breakfast. That's why some things that were over took a while to be replaced. It was also Christmas time when the city was full of people and hotel was also very busy.

Friendly reception staff and great air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is very good: in a quiet street, 5 minutes' walk from Piazza del Sol and Via Gran Via. There are two metro stations nearby. But we have hardly used it, as all the main attractions can be reached on foot. Three shopping malls are within walking distance, with supermarkets on the minus first floor. It takes 15 minutes to get to the airport from Plaza Sibelius. Breakfast is ordinary European, the staff is very friendly. The room's the same as the one in the photo, it's all there. Plumbing and water pressure are excellent.

Lack of Russian language channels and a kettle in the room. Instead of one chair, two chairs are better.

Elegant location, a large room, tried to try on, about 20 m without a bathroom), good room cleaning, excellent mattress and pillow, room 511 went into the yard, no noise from the street! Excellent linens, lots of space for storage of things in the closet, bedside tables, table, fridge with minibar, chair. Bathroom equipment and bathroom, without complaints, it is clear that not new everything, but everything works and is perfectly clean, two sinks and a bidet, and a decent size of the bathroom itself! Around a pile of food, and shops, on Carmen Square, taxi stand. To the subway a few minutes walk!Excellent WIFI, no pile-ups and with good speed, the room has a lot of different lighting, and there is no ordinary hotel shade, everything is super with this.if the budget will pass, then you can safely book this hotel!

There are no Russian TV channels, if anybody needs them))I did not understand how the central heating and air conditioning system works, a couple of nights it was cool in the room, but it's more jokes!!There is audibility from the corridor, but it was not critical.

Central location near tourist hotspots.

The front desk staff were unresponsive. I had a frustrating experience when they argued about our taxi timing, disregarding our needs.

This is the second time I've stayed, and I'm probably going to come back. The breakfast is basically good, but it could be more varied, in this opportunity of my trip through several countries, this was the one that offered breakfast with less variety, it is not so important, but it is worth mentioning. The location is perfect, meters from Gran Via and Puerta del Sol, plus hundreds of places to shop and eat. I would definitely come back.

The Internet connection, it is slow, it is not what I am used to in Europe, they should improve. When we arrived, (I had paid 6 nights), I asked for a good room, the person who attended me, gave us one that the fire escape was attached to the only window, a horrible view, (point down to the concierge), the next day, I made a comment to another concierge, unclaimed, and very good will on his part, we change to another with a view of the street and larger (point up)

The staff were always helpful, friendly and efficient. The neighborhood offered lots of choice for dining, entertainment and shopping.

Perfect stay for a family!

Stayed here for 3 nights with the fam and it was awesome! The room was super clean and had a fridge, which we used for drinks and snacks. Plenty of power outlets for our devices too! The breakfast was nice, though would've liked more veggie options.

Lovely hotel with a perfect location. Friendly staff, nice and clean room, spacy bathroom. All together a very nice experience. Warmly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Fantastic staff in a prime location

Upon arriving, I was welcomed by friendly staff who made check-in easy. The hotel's central location allowed me to explore key attractions like Gran Via and Puerta del Sol on foot. Breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of fresh fruit, and my room was consistently well-maintained. I appreciated the quietude in the internal rooms, which ensured restful nights amidst the bustling city.

We found we could hear quite a lot of noise outside. Not as quiet as other Hotels we have stayed in.
